What data are needed to become a boo-lab customer?

To become our customer you only need your general information and e-mail address. At the time of your order, you will need to enter an address where the delivered goods will be delivered.

I lost my password, how can I retrieve it?
Go to the authentication module at the top of the page. Under  the password entry box, you will find the text "Forgot your password?": click and follow the instructions.

How do I place an order from the boo-lab site?
Choose one or more products from our catalogue, add them to your shopping cart and follow the purchase process by entering all the details to complete the order.

Can I cancel an order?
Have you changed your mind? No problem, if your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us, we will try to cancel it.

How do I know if my order has been evaded?
For each change of status you will be notified by mail, in any case you can check the status of your orders through the personal area you will find by logging into the site.
